Founded in 2020 by minority sports executives Terry Roy and Mike Brown, BSG aims to offer a solution to the diversity and inclusion gap present in the sports community.
With over 20 combined years of executive leadership in sales and marketing with professional sports teams, Roy and Brown provide the connection between sports and these underrepresented groups.
